Supplies
Wax melting pitcher/pot or heat safe container
Utensil to mix wax (I use a cocktail spoon)
2 CD 8 wicks
Wick stickers
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare a water bath by bringing about an inch of water to a simmer on medium-low heat in a pot.
Weigh out the soy wax into the pouring pot then add pot to the hot water bath.
While the wax is melting, wick your candle jar by adding a wick sticker to the bottom of each wick base then place the wicks 1 inch apart inside the jar. Secure the wicks upright with a wick holder.
Heat your wax to 185°F (85°C), remove from heat then add fragrance oil. Stir gently for 2 minutes to incorporate.
Cool the wax to 135°F (57°C) then pour it into the jar and let cool.
For optimal fragrance throw, let the candle cure for two weeks.
Trim the wicks to ¼ inch before burning.
